![]() It was no wonder that Ada was the black sheep in the family. Her true passion was science, she was fond of knowledge, it was her one and only true God. Her mother, Ada, wasn’t unaccustomed to a life on a farm too. Del’s family had an unusual business, for it was still a novelty back then to grow silver foxes. Her father had grown up on a farm in a remote village, though he later became a farmer himself, he was not especially fond of a village life. ![]() The world around them seemed to be a fascinating place. Their life was exciting in its own rather peculiar way. She spent her days wandering around the swamps, catching frogs with her brother.
